Stallions

In recent years we have utilised notable stallions by way of lease to take advantage of their valuable bloodlines.

Eastwinds Axplosion is the sire of many of our 2004 foal crop. We were very pleased with our Axplosion foals examples of which are Bacchante Athena and Bacchante Desiree.

In 2004 the farm leased the 1989 Australian National Champion Stallion, Amazing Sachaar. We are very happy with his 2005 foals. We will be retaining several of his stock for the farm. Yearling filly Bacchante Annalisa has joined our show team for 2007. She was awarded Top Five yearling filly at her first show the prestigious East Coast Championships.

In the 2007 breeding season the farm will use Romarno, Zardos, Espakhan and El Questro.

El Questro

El Questro is a handsome Bay Stallion standing over 15’ 1” hands. He was severely injured as a young foal and as a result cannot be shown. He has proven to be a successful sire for the farm having produced “A” class halter champions from limited breeding.

Part-Bred Arabian Breeding Programme  

In 2006 we acquired the outstanding part bred Cremello Arabian Colt Arabianoro Flame ‘N’ Hot for our coloured part–bred Arabian programme.

Arabianoro Flame ‘N’ Hot was Reserve Champion Stallion at the National Stud Show in 2005. We await his first foals in 2007. 

In 2006 we also acquired the stunning Perlino Welsh A colt Woodburn Ghost Phantom for our Coloured Arabian Pony Programme. His first foals will be due in 2008. We have presently for sale the following Arabian Ponies: -
